Generally speaking, volume is not the question -- it is the _tone._
The Style 125 brass trumpets sound different from the Style 105 wood
trumpets.  You can turn pipes ranks on or off on either organ.

Band organs from conception are intended for outdoor use on carousels
in noisy environments and generally have two volumes: off and loud!
Turning off pipe sections will reduce volume but, whether it's on
a 105 or a 125, the effect is more or less the same.

On a personal note I would prefer a Style 105.  The brass trumpets
of a 125 always seem to have a nasal "blaaaah" tone to me whereas the
wood trumpets sound more rounded and full.  The brass looks cool but
I'm more partial to musical performance.  To me an organ out-of-tune
is like nails on a chalkboard.
