I thought I had seen just about every kind of roll-playing device there
is when up popped the ad for the Tel-Electric piano rolls:

I am not, however, purchasing the rolls.  Further research turned up
a YouTube video of the Tel-Electric in operation:

I was very intrigued by the device.  However, there were and are too
many limitations on it; most persons of that era used a push-up player,
or, if in a rich household, a normal player piano.
