Glue for Urethane-coated Nylon Pneumatic Cloth
By Grant Chapman, NY

Gordon, As I recall, National Casein makes the PVC-E adhesives from
an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) base. I don't have an SDS available.

When the glue arrives in the shop we write the month and year on the
bottle and if it isn't all used within twelve months we toss it out.
It develops a rotten smell when it goes bad. (I don't know how to
describe it, but once you smell it you won't forget it!) Twelve months
is actually shorter than the shelf life of the product, but it allows
our supplier to have it around for up to a year before we have to worry
that it will go bad on us.
