For sale: Exquisite steam calliope, recent professional restoration
started, mounted on 23' long circus trailer from about 1940.  Bought
in Colorado in the early 1960s and in our family ever since.  It has
always been stored in a heated garage.

Boiler manufactured by James Leffel & Co. circa 1905, is 12 HP.
Whistles, 32 for keyboard, are mostly pre-1916 Lunkenheimer, Crane
and a few Buckeyes.  Circus trailer is 8' wide x 10' high without
chimney; the chimney adds approximately 44".

The whistles range from 1-1/2" diameter x 2-1/4" tall to 6" diameter x
11" tall.  The boiler whistle is 5" diameter x 18" tall.  The 4 wheels
are 7.50 x 16 6-lug rims with 4-wheel hydraulic drums with emergency
actuator.  "Divco" axles are semi-elliptic sprung on I-beam frame with
diamond plate floor.  Military pintle hitch tows well behind 1/2-ton
pickup.
