I can add a little to the Wayne Stahnke 1993 interview.  I remember
when I arranged for AMICA Honorary Member Leo Podolsky to record
on "the Stahnke piano".  Robbie Rhodes and Richard Tonnesen turned
the raw data into piano rolls and Bob Taylor added the coding to
make Ampico rolls.  The result was a set of 10 Ampico reproducing
piano rolls with wonderful waltzes and classics.

Audio cassettes were also produced on which Leo introduced each
selection.  There was a limited number of the rolls and cassettes
available.  If I have any of the details wrong, I'm sure someone can
correct me.
