Complete Touch Screen Carousel Sound System Updated for Window 10

The previous version of this program could only be run on Windows XP
to Windows 7.  The program has been updated so now it will work with
Windows 10.  As a result, the program can now actually be run from
a Windows tablet rather than a PC with an attached touch screen.

The program gives the starting and optional ending rider messages,
plays individual or lists of MIDIs and/or MP3 songs, randomize or not
randomized playing of song lists, music control buttons (play, stop and
pause), three-and-half-minute timer for playing music during a carousel
ride (can be adjusted), five minute countdown timer between carousel
rides and many more features described in the operating manual.  In
addition, there is a song list editor incorporated into the program
to make it very easy to create song lists.
