Someone has asked me to find an Art Case reproducing grand, restored
or unrestored.  Please send photos and asking price, brand, model,
year of construction, assessment of condition (including of strong
odors, if any), length, restoration work done (if any) and by whom and
when (if known).  I will need a 10% "Finder's Fee", to be paid by you
(not the buyer) if a sale is made, so consider that when determining
the price.

As these sort of inquiries usually turn out to be a dreadful and
costly waste of time that "go nowhere", please do not expect me to
"hang out" on the phone with you for hours just jabbering about player
pianos.  I consider myself a "nice guy" but I'm also very busy, so
"Just the facts, ma'am!", please!
