The all-electric Duo-Arts (not the modern ones from the 1960s and '70s) are full Duo-Arts.  My understanding and the examples of the pedal Duo-Arts is that they are half Duo-Arts, at least in the USA.  It has been a lot of years since I have seen one of these but I think that they have a single accordion versus two as in the full Duo-Arts.
