Okay, one more comment on this screw hole repairing thread.  Several
years ago I purchased from England an air chest for a 31-86 crank
organ.  When it came, to my great disappointment it was made of
particle board, not veneer plywood like what is usually used.  To
make a long story short, it leaked everywhere.

I took it to New York to Craig Smith who helped me figure out the
problem.  After disassembly of the chest we added leather gasket
material and Craig used the CA glue in all the screw holes.  Then
we replaced the screws in their original holes, carefully starting
the screws matching their threads in the holes.

We were able to salvage the air chest and it is still holding fine.
I've taken the organ to several COAA rallies and am receiving good
marks for the sound and visual appearance of the finished organ.  It
uses a MIDI system for music and I have SD card with over 100 Wurlitzer
songs from the turn of the century (which I got from another MMD
subscriber).
