Hi All, Decals Unlimited will make any decal you want.  All you have
to do is send them a color photocopy of the decal -- an exact replica,
not a picture.  The only trick is finding a place where they have a
scanner that allows the board to lay flat against the surface to be
scanned.

I had this Francis Bacon decal made years ago.  It's beautiful!  It
measures 12" x 4-1/2" and goes on the inside of the top of the piano.
