For sale: I have 36 boxes purchased from Player Piano Company [PPCo]
in the early 1970s, their stock number 242.  The price new was $0.70
each plus shipping.  That would be about $4.00 in 2015 dollars.

The outside dimensions are 2-1/2" wide x 2-3/8" high x 12-3/8" long.
See photo [at link below] of open box with an old roll inside (not
included).  The boxes are slightly shopworn in a few small places, but
have been stored in heated and cooled conditions since new.

Price $1.50 each for as many boxes as you want, plus shipping.  Payment
via PayPal.
