Secondly, if it wouldn't be an invasion on anyone's privacy, I would
like for all of us with such knowledge to contribute to a list of all
of the remaining Steinway D R's and their present whereabouts.  In this
way they may all be accounted for and hopefully remain safe from such
abominable fates as now seeming to befall the example from the Herr
collection.
