Unknown Tune On Four Overture Music Box

Sorry, I made an error in my last post [170617 MMDigest].  There
are three well-known overtures and one I can't identify.  Please,
can anyone put a name to it?  Excuse the mechanical noise as it
has not had any attention for a generation.
