I have for sale the piano action from a Kranich & Bach upright
ex-player, which could serve as a good source of spare parts for
anybody who'll be tackling a K&B in future.  The action is free for
pickup near Ithaca and environs in upstate New York.  Shipping the
disassembled parts is another option, but I'd rather somebody took
the thing intact.

Unlike the typical older/taller Kranichs I've had the pleasure of
tuning, this action is "one piece", with the stickers pinned directly
to the wippens as in most uprights.  The player pushed directly upon
a felted protrusion on the stickers, which measure 5.25 inches from
bottom to center pin.  The scale is 21 bass, 32 tenor and 35 treble.
New hammers were installed about 20 years ago and never used.  Email
