Dear Everyone,  Shortly before he passed away, Harvey Roehl and I
were talking about the amazing decline in interest in pneumatic player
pianos, and as part of that conversation he mentioned a Heintzman
concert grand Welte that sold for a mere $2,000.

A very nice, sharp, friendly and very highly skilled ragtime pianist
and piano technician in Canada, Max Keenlyside, has just been offered
a non-player 9' Heintzman for a mere $1,000, and I'd like to put him
in touch with the owner of the other piano, if he or she is willing,
so that they may happily "share notes".
