many years ago by a professional, Chuck Pfeiffer.  Has modern converter
and a good library of rolls: $20,000

(2) Steinway model OR Duo-Art, walnut, restored some time ago by Alan
Lightcap.  Works well, with a large library of rolls: $10,000
