Regarding Kevin Mayes inquiry in MMD 181019.  I'll defer to others
for the definitive answer on this, but my assessment follows.
These organs were made in a wide variety of styles and case designs.
Not all had complete "surround" cases.  The more you paid, the more
features you got.

Based on your photo, I can discern no empty screw holes or other
features that would indicate there was ever a glass door or any
other "extra" case parts installed.  If they had been, there would
be _some_ evidence of them being attached.

Since there is some stenciling or pin striping around the reservoir
movable board, I'm inclined to say that the moveable board formed
the "finished" exterior of the case and nothing else is actually
missing.  But I've been wrong before.  Actually, I _thought_ I was
wrong once, but I was mistaken...!
