"Rochester" Piano Roll Label

Making my way through hundreds of borrowed rolls, I just now
encountered the roll label I've attached here. I can find no
reference to the label "Rochester" in MMD or even a generous
Google search. I can't even determine if the "124" refers to
a roll number or a "January 1924" publication date.
