Hi MMD,  Roo Glue is an aliphatic resin and comes in three varieties
and it will glue wood and vinyl.  It's also available in two colours
and different quantities.  A 16-ounce bottle costs $4.11.  It is not
waterproof.  I got this info from the Internet and am not associated
