58-note Standard Organ Roll Scale
By Jase Haysom

I am seeking information on the "58-note standard organ" roll,
10.125 inches wide, 58 holes, 6 holes per inch, on spool with
pinned ends. Could anyone provide or suggest where I might
find the description of notes and controls allocated to each
longitudinal channel?

I have constructed an electronic pianola (no vacuum) that plays
88-note rolls and I wish to extend the principle to other roll
types; see https://optop.cartography.id.au/

[ The 58-note scale plays organ notes C to A, from bass to
[ treble, left to right, on the Aeolian Grand player reed organ.
