An acquaintance asked me to look at a Ragtime build-up and I did so
today.  It plays very weakly and won't rewind; it had new bass strings
but old hammers!  I'd appreciate learning if anyone has experience with
the Ragtime system which is full of plastic pieces and if there might
be a service manual or something like that in existence.
