Unknown Waltz Played on "De Lange Gavioli"

John Rutoskey wondered what the waltz played by de Lange Gavioli
organ is.  I think that it has many of the characteristics of
Joseph Hellmesberger's Scene de Balle (Ball scene) waltz.
