This is just a guess, and they really don't have anything to do with
organs, but Innovative Concepts in Entertainment (ICE Games) is located
in Clarence, New York [about 20 miles east of Buffalo].  They've been
building arcade games there since 1982.  If I get a chance, I'll make
an inquiry with them.
