Unknown 2-tune Music Box Stamped "France"

I am fairly new to mechanical music boxes and so far have collected
about 12.  I am not sure of the maker or era of production of this
music box in the photos (links below).  It has "France" stamped on the
song card and 17113 on both the play card and the movement base plate.
