You could always contact a national specialist in moving musical
instruments.  Modern Piano Moving ( http://www.modernpiano.com/ )
is one such firm, and as far as I know has an excellent reputation.
It's not cheap, though.  Any moving company that does nationwide
moves can also do it, but that may not be fast when a single item
is being shipped.

If the instrument is within size and weight regulations and you can
pack it well, don't overlook bus companies.  Shipping from bus station
to bus station can be quite cost effective as well as remarkably quick.
I once delivered a large item to a bus station in Florida one day,
and flew home to Illinois the next day only to find a message on my
phone that my package had arrived.
