Dear MMD,  I heard today that David Secrett passed away last
Saturday in his home town of Diss, England.  David created a series
of automaton archers using traditional clockwork and fine woodworking.
The archer would fire four arrows taking each from the quiver in turn.
A remarkable maker whose work is highly regarded.

A memorial takes place in Diss, Norfolk, UK, on Friday.  Details to
be confirmed.
