I have downloaded the Entropy Piano Tuner (EPT) mentioned on this
list [191112 MMD].  I printed the manual and have read it a few times.
I have fiddled with the program but have not done a tuning because the 
program (and my ear?) suggest that it is not critically needed at this
time and I do not want to screw things up.

So far I am quite impressed with the documentation and the aspects of
the program that I have tested (pretty much everything short of doing
an actual tuning).  Of course I will know better after doing an actual
tuning.  I encourage others to give it a try and report back their
results.
