In the last few years I have made roll boxes for various size rolls
in my collection, i.e., Pianolin, Tanzbaer, Seybold Organa, Unika.
I make only a few boxes -- say, a dozen of each size -- and cover
them with a good quality textured paper.  I have found this available
under the Skivertex name, and sold within the UK by a supplier who
will sell by the metre off the roll.  She can be found on a well-known
on-line auction site.
