Unknown Player Piano Valves May Be Wurlitzer
By Don Teach

Those are valves used in a Wurlitzer home model player. When they
are rusty with the threads messed up I make new valves.

I punch new fiber pieces. I use PEM fasteners for the metal stem.
These are fasteners that press-fit into a hole in the fibre like
originals.

Look on MMD website for making new Wurlitzer valves. You need to
apply shellac around the lower seats.
