Moving Aids for a Foot-pumped Player Grand

I can't speak for a foot-pumped player grand; I would imagine you will
have to remove the foot pumps along with the "normal" pedals. When
I moved my player I took off the thin wood "skirt" that is added to
the bottom of the case. The action stack wasn't any problem on mine.

You do have to be careful with the drawer, if so equipped. If the
player is going to be restored, it might be worth removing the drawer
and maybe even the stack and move them separately. This, of
course, requires disconnecting the tubing. If it is a playing piano
you might not want to do that, so consider strapping the drawer closed
so it doesn't slide out at the wrong moment. Mr. Murphy [famous for
"Murphy's Law"!] seems to like to show up during such moves!
