I finally separated the parts, and repaired the harmonica.  What
I thought were pins were actually only impressions left from sprues
used during the molding of the various parts.

The only concern now is the shape or pattern of the gasket; I will use
either leather or neoprene sponge.  I just want to know if it is a true
ladder shape all down the top grid or if it's cut with alternating slits
from one side to the other along the individual reeds in order for air
to pass through.  I hope what I'm asking makes sense.
