I have a Chicago Electric EL-2 nickelodeon piano with an oval art
glass panel featuring a mandolin surrounded by vines and musical notes.
The decal is disintegrating, and I haven't found a way to restore it.

Does anyone know how to repair the decal, or better yet, where to find
a replacement?  Attached are photos of my art glass and an Engelhardt
piano with essentially the same cabinet, art glass, and decal.
