In response to Gary Blizzard's query of 200419, a comprehensive
collection of cylinder box tune card (sheet) designs can be found
by perusing the pages of Musical Box Tune Sheets and its four
supplements, the last of these in full colour.

The original book and first three supplements were compiled by the
late H A V Bulleid, the fourth is a combination of his work and that
of Tim Reed.  Published by The Musical Box Society of Great Britain,
the five works have commentaries on 514 sheets.

The majority of examples - but not all - were also published serially
over several years in MBSI's journal, "Mechanical Music".  This
collection also gives guidance on the dating of manufacture of boxes.
