toys and technology takes place on 16 May in Cologne, Germany.
Highlights from the mechanical music section include a splendid
Mills Violano Virtuoso in oak case, an empire-style organ clock
attributed to Christian Ernst Kleemeyer and a musical secretaire
by George Baker & Co. with 'Vernis Martin' decoration.

Also included in the auction are a Style 4 Polyphon automatic
disc-changing musical box, a rare Lioret No. 3 weight-driven
phonograph, a silver pocket watch with sur-plateau movement by
Thomas Sauvél, barrel organs, stringed instruments, singing birds
and automata.

For the safety of customers and staff, Auction Team Breker will be
conducting this sale via telephone, commission and online bidding
only.  The auction will take place in real-time with a video link
