I bought a box of rolls direct from QRS just last month.  You can order
using the online system, which shows whether the roll is currently in
stock.  You can also place backorders, although I didn't try that
option due to the costs of international postage.  The rolls were well
packed and arrived in Hong Kong very quickly.
