I need a simple to use program to capture MIDI from one of those
inexpensive MIDI-to-USB interface cables that are widely sold on
Amazon and elsewhere.  Playback would be a plus.  Editing capability
is not required.  Simple is important.  A command line program would be
acceptable and open-source would be a big plus but is not manditory.

Any suggestions?
