The original book of nearly 500 pages plus a computer disc of an
additional 2,000 photos, tune lists, etc., was originally published
in 2012 at price £70 UK pounds.  The hardback supplement of 100 pages
was published in September 2018 at £30 so this would total £100 UK
pounds.

"The Disc Musical Box" book was £70 originally, now £40.  The
"Supplement to The Disc Musical Box" (100 pages) now to be £25 to
everyone.  The two books cost £40 + £25 = £65 UK pounds, or £55 UK
pounds for both bought together.

"The Organette Supplement" is now £20 UK pounds each + P&P.  We are
thinking of issuing the original book of 440 pages in electronic form;
