Hello Julie,  I don't really wonder that you couldn't identify the
tune mentioned in your 20.09.29 MMD posting because it is arranged
without the popular beginning.  It is the famous American Christmas
song, "The Holy City", by Stephen Adams.  Perhaps you can upload the
whole music programme for us to enjoy?
