I've been in touch with the guy who does the site maintenance,
and we think the IAMMP web hosting fees weren't paid.  In any case,
the hosting firm have deleted the whole lot.

The files uploaded to the site have been backed up so it should
be possible to recreate its contents even if not the exact setup.
I've no idea how or when that'll happen.
