Many years ago (we're talking 20 years) I had a label making program
that was easy to use and I could design reasonable facsimiles of
TELEKTRA box labels. Several computers and Windows operating systems
later it no longer worked and the program is long gone anyway.

I am looking for something that works with Windows 10 and can make
labels like in the attached photo -- a free program only and easy to
use. Remember, my idea of modern technology ended when they stopped
building steam locomotives. Suggestions welcome.
