As per Craig Sedgwick's question about John Miller's "Piano Roll Box
Label Maker" program, Version 7.91 is the last version I know of.
I had it running under Microsoft versions XP, Win7, and Win10.

I am finished with the program, and if anyone wants my legal copy,
I will mail it to you in the States for $10.00 along with the rights
to it.
