I have been listening to the T98 "Red" Welte files that Julian Dyer
mentioned [210205 MMD]. I have to say that I am highly impressed.
Listening is like listening to real piano performances. No making of
excuses about how old this stuff is and blah blah blah. It is really
listenable on both my Pianoteq synth and on my 9-foot Knabe with 
LX player.
