John, There is an organization called the Reed Organ Society. Their
web site is at http://www.reedsoc.org/ For immediate contact, I would
recommend Jim Germann at reedorgansociety@yahoo.com.geentroep [delete
".geentroep" to reply]. He should be able to put you in contact with
someone who can take care of your reed problem. There are plenty of
members with spare reeds.
