For years, Barge All Purpose Cement has been my go-to for
leather-to-leather bonding as well as other permanent leather
bonding like to stiffeners in bellows.

This product is increasingly difficult to find. I just visited
every hobby and hardware store in town today without success.
I'm too much of a cynic to believe the commercials for products
like Gorilla Glue.  Any recommendations of a good substitute?
