Jim, Columbia Organ Leathers sells a special white PVC glue that's great
at gluing leather to felt or to itself.  It works for leather to wood
too, except that it's really difficult to remove -- for the next person.

Also, they have fish glue -- fast tack and great for leather or bellows
cloth to pneumatics etc. And, if you insist, they also have Barge
Cement, in case your boat has a leak.
