Good morning. I have been contacted by a high-profile location that
has a Wurlitzer band organ that has been "mucked-with" by a previous
technician, including installing an Opus II [Opus-Two ICS] MIDI player
system on it. I'm not exactly certain how that was interfaced to work
since it also had the original roll player.

I know my limitations as a pipe organ builder and don't want to inflict
further damage to this instrument but want to facilitate its proper
restoration and ensure long-term reliability.

One of the disheartening concerns is that Player Piano Company, which
served as a parts depot for this kind of work no longer exists and,
to my knowledge, no one else has taken-up the calling of supplying
much-needed parts for this kind of work. Any kind of advice and leads
would be gratefully received.
