He sells a blower/vacuum pump which is very compact and fairly quiet.
I think he also has it in blower version only. You will need to know
what pressure your whistles operate on. If they are on fairly low
pressure, like 9 to 10 inches water gage, and you do not need a vacuum
source for a player mechanism, a less expensive route is to purchase
one of those blowers used for inflatable bounce houses, etc. They are
readily available from places like eBay and Amazon.

I've used one sold under the Xpower name and it works great. Again,
you need to know your required pressure.
