I can't attest to the accuracy of this, but a list of holdings at
the University of Illinois library notes that QRS roll 66300 comprises
a medley of the following tunes: The Directorate, Fairest of the Fair,
Stars and Stripes Forever, and Washington Post March. Those numbering
only 4 tunes, perhaps the annotator mistook each works' musical sections
as separate works.

"Stars and Stripes Forever" has 3 separate strains; I can't speak to the
structure of the other works, but perhaps they might have been varied
enough to persuade a naive hearer to impute new works which were only
related strains.
