Accordion reeds are normally not glued but are set in beeswax.
That's why they will easily come loose when the temperature gets
too hot or too cold.

Accordion repair stores will normally carry beeswax for this purpose,
but I don't see why any good quality beeswax wouldn't be suitable.
You'll just need to find a way to warm it to a barely liquid state
and then apply it accurately before pressing the reed frame into place.

If you search "accordion repair" with Google, there's a free repair
manual as a PDF that no doubt covers the topic. If you're going to
have temperature extremes, especially if coupled with a good bit of
vibration, you're likely to have ongoing problems.
