Hi Robbie and Jim, you are correct that the piece at time 0:42 is
Verdi's Grand March from Aida; next is the Intermezzo from Mascagni's
"Cavalleria Rusticana". And of course, the final piece is Rossini's
Overture from "William Tell" (or "The Lone Ranger", depending on your
generation ;-). I'll leave it to the true opera wonks to fill in the
rest.
